SkyStack City Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026 · Applies to the SkyStack City app for iPhone.

SkyStack City ("the game") is made by Rexa Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain English, what information the game uses, why, who else handles it, and the choices you have. Questions: xrezarexa@gmail.com.

The short version

1. What stays on your device

The game saves your progress, settings (sound, vibration, graphics quality), purchase status (for example whether you removed ads) and a few counters that decide how often an ad may appear. This data lives in the game's private storage on your device. Deleting the game deletes it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use information such as your device model and operating system, IP address, ad interactions, and, only if you tap Allow on Apple's tracking prompt, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). If you tap Ask App Not to Track, no advertising identifier is shared and ads are not personalised with it.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some other regions, Google's consent form appears before ads are loaded and you can change your choice later in the game under Settings → Ad Privacy Options. You can also change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See Google's pages: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

If you buy "Remove Ads", interstitial ads stop. Optional reward videos (for example for extra coins or a continue) remain available because you choose to watch them.

3. Purchases (Apple and the Unity purchasing plug-in)

Purchases are made through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened so we can give you the item. The game uses Unity's in-app purchasing plug-in to talk to the App Store; it processes transaction information for that purpose (unity.com/legal/privacy-policy). We do not receive your name, card or billing details.

4. What we do not collect

This version has no accounts, no online leaderboard and no servers of ours that store information about you. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for anything beyond what is described here.

5. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are served with content limits suitable for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided information, write to us and we will help.

6. Your choices and rights

7. Security and retention

Your progress stays on your device under iOS protections. We keep no copy. Information held by Google or Apple is kept under their own policies.

8. International transfers

Google and Apple may process information in other countries, with the safeguards described in their own policies.

9. Changes

If we add features that use more information (for example optional sign-in or online rankings) we will update this policy and tell you in the game before collecting anything new.
